The Sequel of Delete series

The usage of Delete:
1. Each person can only use it once in their lifetime, and only one person will be deleted.
2. As a civil right, the one who used delete system won't be judged by the law.
3. It is not allowed to give this right to someone else.
4. People with criminal records are not allowed to use it.
5. People under 12 are not allowed to use it.
6. Delete must be applied for at the municipality with the verification ID of the applicant.
7. The target of Delete will be executed by shooting on the day of application.
8. After the execution, the applicant and the target will be shown on the government homepage.

Half a century after the Delete system was spread, it has become a part of daily life. From discrimination, persecution to bullying, after the introduction of this system, all of those have been continuing to decline. The only reason is that, people don't want to be deleted.
